Wood & Faulk is an American designer and manufacturer of travel bags, accessories, and lifestyle items, headquartered in Portland, Oregon.

Wood & Faulk is known for their timeless products inspired by the owner’s Oregon home and Midwestern roots. All their products are designed and constructed in the USA, many in their workshop in the former Simons and Fruerberg Co.building in North Portland.

We worked with owner Matt Pearce in a consultant capacity on several different facets of his business. We explored the design process, workspace flow, co-branding projects, and line plans.

We developed two pitch decks to introduce the Wood & Faulk brand and products to East Coast retailers. Our work resulted in placements with Orvis, a Vermont-based retailer of discovery and adventure products for the outdoors, and Onward Reserve, a Southern retailer catering to authentic Southern living.
